Our standard duty louvred fire exit door is the lowest prices in the UK, which makes them ideal for tight budgets! This door comes fitted with an Exidor 296 single point panic bar and meets fire regulations.

Powder Coated Colours
All of our doors come powder coated in white however, they can be customised to a colour of your choice. Whether you want to make sure your door fits in or stands out, choose from our stock range of colours or we can colour match a colour to match your business premises.

This fire exit door is secured with 3 stainless steel ball bearing hinges and 4 dog bolts and an Exidor 296 single point push bar.
Outside Access Devices
Your louvred fire exit can be used as both an exit and an entrance with an OAD, we have a range of handles and knobs available from stock, as well as a code lock to further improve security.
Express Delivery
Our louvred fire exit doors are available for express delivery (additional cost for express service) via dedicated courier. This makes them ideal for business projects with tight deadlines or if you’re in need of a quick replacement.

What can the louvred steel doors be used for?

What is the air flow rating through the louvre?
Our louvres offer approximately 50% free airflow. You may need a larger panel depending on the usage and required air flow.
Can I order this door opening inwards?
Fire exit doors cannot open inwards. In the event of emergency, the door is made to open fast, by rapidly pushing the push bar down and door outwards
What is the lead time?
Stock Door (white, with louvres installed) – 4 working days
Re-Powder Coated Stock Door, (not white) – 10 working days

How many keys come with the louvred doors?
Fire exit doors ordered with an OAD come with 2 keys
Additional keys are available – we have a key cutting machine on-site
What are the door sizes? What is the clear opening?
The sizes listed are external frame sizes.
We offer side panels and over panels if you need to add to the width or height of the door. We also offer a cut down service to reduce the height of the door
To calculate the clear opening (when the door is open), subtract 110mm from the width dimension. E.G. 895mm-110mm=760mm clear opening

What is Security Trim?
The security trim kit fits around the perimeter of the door frame, preventing any packing from being seen externally and making the door as a whole more secure.
It hides un-level or large gaps, hides the position of fixings eliminating the risk of tampering from intruders and crucially protects the fixings from attack.
