Our custom made insulated steel doors feature a specialist mineral board core for insulation which allows them to achieve a 1.6 U-Value.

Available up to a maximum of 2700mm wide x 2900mm high, they can be manufactured as either a personnel or fire exit door, or prepared for electronic access control to be fitted.

PLEASE NOTE: Double doors between 1300mm – 1800mm width have a U-value of 1.9.

Specification:
• Door leaf constructed from a minimum of 1.2mm zintec
• Door core contains mineral board core
• Frame constructed from a minimum of 1.5mm zintec
• Door frame insulated with mineral wool
• High quality draught seals
• Integral anti jemmy bar lip
• DDA compliant threshold
• A minimum of 4 stainless steel hinges (BS 1935.2002 Grade 13)
• High quality powder coat finish to standard RAL & BS colour
