Our made to measure fire rated fire exit double doors are fully compliant and offer a maximum of 2 hours of fire safety, covering any FD30, FD60 & FD120 requirements. They are CE marked and suitable for external use.

By default, we supply fire exit doors without external access. You can specify an OAD (outside access device) to use this door as an entrance, as well as a fire escape. Also, in accordance with fire protection regulations, 2 x door closers are pre-installed to the push side of the doors.

This is a fully certified, bespoke door manufactured to order. Please check your requirements; we also have stock fire exit doors available.

Specification:
• Fire resistant up to 2 hours. (Certificate supplied with doorset).
– FD30: 30 minute fire rated
– FD60: 1 hour fire rated
– FD120: 2 hour fire rated
• Tested to standard BS EN 16034 & BS EN 14351-1
• Door leaf constructed from a minimum of 1.2mm zinc plated steel
• Frame constructed from a minimum of 1.5mm zinc plated steel
• Dufaylite core used for its high impact measures and thermal resistance
• High quality draught and fire seals all around
• Fire door integral anti jemmy bar lip
• DDA compliant fire door threshold
• Single fire exit bar with up/down shoot bolts
• A minimum of 4 stainless steel hinges (BS 1935.2002 Grade 13)
• High quality powder coat finish to standard RAL & BS colour.

PLEASE NOTE: Fire rating may vary depending on the selected specification. Standard specifications are typically FD240, but adding certain accessories may reduce the fire rating to 60 minutes. Contact us for more information if required.
