Continued Growth Opens New Doors for Latham’s Security Doorsets Ltd

Latham’s Security Doorsets Ltd are opening the door to a bright future with the official opening of a new office building and 25,000 square feet of extended warehouse space. On Saturday 22nd September 2018, the team were joined at the Oldbury site by the Deputy Mayor of Sandwell, Carol Goult, for the official ribbon cutting ceremony. Following 6 months of extensive building works, Latham’s Security Doorsets Ltd are bucking the trend with a fantastic period of growth, having invested £500,000   in new facilities, extending existing facilities and continued recruitment of staff.

Renowned for holding the largest range and quantity of security doors for residential, commercial and industrial uses, Latham’s Security Doorsets Ltd are going from strength to strength. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Alex Latham, Managing Director said ‘We’re absolutely thrilled to see the official opening of the new and extended facilities. This is the culmination of 10 years hard work, and following 6 months of building works and renovations, it’s great to see everyone’s hard work and determination come to fruition.”

Also present at the opening ceremony were representatives from RidgeSteel Fabrications Ltd and Albion Bid. Ridge Steel were chosen as the construction company to carry out the building works. Alex continued “We would like to offer special thanks to Ridge Steel for their first-class service throughout the building process. They were a pleasure to work with and we would be happy to recommend them for their high-quality construction and finishing’s on our buildings”. Albion Bid, who provide additional funding for specific development and improvement initiatives in the Oldbury and West Bromwich area, also offered their continued support throughout the project. Latham’s Security Doorsets Ltd have been keen to show support for the Albion Bid scheme and embrace the opportunities available by working in conjunction with their team.

All doors feature customisable options including a range of colours, security upgrades, glazing, louvres and access devices available for manufacture and installation at the Oldbury site.
