Job Duties
- Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing expert advice and solutions
- Process quotations and sales orders, proactively upselling where possible
- Handle online sales from platforms like our website and eBay
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service from enquiry to after-sales support
- Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently to maximise satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry
- Maintain high service standards, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail
- Stay up to date with company products and industry trends through monthly sales meetings
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (B2B or B2C)
- Industry experience in doors/windows preferred but not essential
- Sales & customer service experience
- Clear and confident phone manner
- Confident communicator with strong customer-facing skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Problem solving & working within a team
- Computer literate
- Ability to retain information
- Eye for detail

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, either 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm
Holiday Entitlement:
21 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional leave. Extra holiday is also accrued based on length of service.
Work Arrangement:
This role is not available for remote working.
Salary:
£28,000 per annum basic salary, with eligibility for a generous commission structure.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £30,000+ annually.
