Rain Deflector Installation Video

With the door in the closed position, measure the width between the frame posts. Wearing the correct PPE, cut the deflector. Use a 4-in grinder to cut the rain deflector 6mm shorter than the door width. Apply a blob of sealant to the edge covers, then push-fit the edge covers onto the ends of the deflector. Centre the deflector on the door leaf, ensuring it clears the threshold cill by 10mm. Mark the screw hole positions. Drill holes in line with the markings. Use 3.5x 16 mm self-drilling screws, and an impact driver to screw the deflector to the door, and your installation is complete.
