Warehouse Operative

• Reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
• Working in a warehouse environment, picking and packing orders for shipping.
• Loading steel doors onto delivery vehicles
• Delivering doors to manufacturing department.
• Using franking machine to ship smaller parcels.
• Loading of pallets onto wagons using counterbalance truck.
• Building of ‘A’ frame pallets.
• Use of handheld scanners to ensure correct stock levels.
• General maintenance of the warehouse.

Requirements: FLT Licence (preferred), General Health and Safety knowledge, 2 years warehouse experience. 

Job Type: Full-time – Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday – 6.00 am – 14.00 pm / 10.00 am – 18.00 pm on an alternating weekly basis. (37.5HR / Week 30 minutes unpaid break per day)
20 days holiday per year + bank holidays

Hourly Rate: £8.72 – £12.50 per hour / Salary: £17,004 – £24,375 per annum
